The short version
Our apps keep your recordings, resumes, budgets and business books on your own computer. We don't sell your information, and this website doesn't use tracking cookies or ads.
This website
- Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive your first and last name, company (if you give one), email and message. We use them only to reply to you. The message is delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend.
- Downloads. App installers are downloaded from GitHub, which may keep its own logs of downloads.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (like IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
- No tracking. We don't use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
Fetch
Recordings and transcripts are saved on your computer, and speech is turned into text on your computer. If you use AI notes or Ask, the meeting text is sent to your own Claude or ChatGPT account. If you turn on Google Drive backup or connect a calendar, Fetch talks to those services on your behalf.
Hunter
Your profile, experience, resumes and job history stay on your computer, and job site logins are kept in an encrypted vault. Job postings and your experience are sent to your own Claude or ChatGPT account to score jobs and write resumes. Once a day Hunter sends a few anonymous counts (like how many hunts ran) with a random ID, never your resumes, answers, emails or logins. You can turn this off in Settings > About.
Kibble
Your budget and business books are saved on your computer. If you turn on syncing, they're stored in your own Kibble Cloud account so the web app can show them. When you connect Gmail, Kibble reads emails to find charges, refunds and deposits, and nothing is added until you click Add. Kibble AI uses your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
Your choices
You can delete an app's data by uninstalling it and removing its data folder. To ask about information we hold from the contact form, or to have it deleted, contact us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and note the change on our What's new page.
